I. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings outlined below:

  • Business Days – Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

  • Consumer – Any individual using the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Digital Service – Any service enabling users to interact with digital content or systems.

  • Digital Content – Information or data delivered in digital form.

  • Order – A submitted online request for services offered by balitaxonline.com.

  • User – Any person with legal capacity who accesses or uses the services of balitaxonline.com.

  • User Information – All personal or travel-related data submitted by or on behalf of the user.

  • Service Agreement – The contractual relationship formed between the User and balitaxonline.com upon placing an order.

  • Services – Support services offered via balitaxonline.com, including assistance with Bali tourist levy submissions and travel document preparation.

II. GENERAL CONDITIONS

These Terms govern the use of services provided at https://balitaxonline.com.
By using this website, you accept and agree to these Terms.

Users are responsible for maintaining internet access and using a compatible, secure device. For optimal performance, JavaScript and cookies should be enabled, and modern browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari are recommended.

We advise the use of antivirus and cybersecurity measures to protect your data.

While we strive for maximum uptime, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party service providers or telecom outages.

Services offered include assistance with processing Bali’s tourist levy, document guidance, and submission on behalf of the user. We are not affiliated with the Indonesian government. Fees collected cover service, support, and document handling—not the government tax itself.

Users must comply with all local laws.
You agree not to:

  • Copy or tamper with our code or systems.

  • Attempt to bypass security or interfere with our services.

  • Use our services for fraudulent, illegal, or harassing purposes.

III. BALI TOURIST LEVY PROCESSING

We assist with the completion, review, and submission of tourist levy applications for Bali.

Forms are reviewed for completeness and submitted electronically.
Eligibility depends on the information and nationality of the applicant. Incomplete or inaccurate forms may cause delays.

Once the information is validated, confirmation is typically sent within 72 hours of payment.
A temporary email address may be used during the application process. Users may opt out by contacting support@balitaxonline.com.

Levy authorizations are delivered via email and are usually available no earlier than 7 days before travel. Early applications will be processed and delivered accordingly.

Users must verify the accuracy of all details in the delivered PDF. balitaxonline.com is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the user.

Applications should be submitted at least 7 days before travel to avoid delays.

If the user alters the application or pays directly on a government site after submitting through us, no refund will be provided.

The tourist levy does not guarantee entry into Bali. Final decisions rest with Indonesian authorities.

This agreement is governed in English.

IV. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Official Government Levy: $10 USD

  • Service Fee (balitaxonline.com): $58 USD

  • Total Charge: $68 USD

Payments are accepted via VISA and MasterCard. Bank transfers may be arranged upon request.

Clicking “Pay and Submit Application” constitutes a binding service request.

Users must ensure payment details are correct and authorized. All charges and receipts are processed and issued electronically.

V. DELIVERY OF SERVICE

Services are considered delivered when the digital confirmation (tourist levy QR code) is sent to the email address provided.

If delivery is not made within the expected timeframe, the user may cancel the agreement by contacting support, especially if timely delivery was essential.

The Operator is responsible for proving that digital delivery has occurred.

VI. REFUNDS & WITHDRAWALS

Users may withdraw from the agreement by submitting a written request to support@balitaxonline.com.

However, withdrawal is not permitted once the service has been fully completed with the user’s explicit consent and understanding that the right to withdraw is forfeited.

VII. COMPLAINTS

Complaints may be submitted to: support@balitaxonline.com
We aim to respond within 14 business days.

EU users may file complaints via the ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

VIII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for:

  • Issues caused by unauthorized access

  • Disruptions due to force majeure

  • Errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete user data

  • Denied entry by Indonesian authorities or missed flights

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user for the services.

IX. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Our services are available online a minimum of 90% of the year. Maintenance and force majeure events are not included in this uptime guarantee.

X. PRIVACY

All personal data is processed according to applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect user information.

XI. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

XII. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or regulatory changes.

Both parties will act in good faith to resolve delays or issues resulting from such events.

XIII. FINAL TERMS

All content, logos, designs, and forms used on balitaxonline.com are the intellectual property of the Operator.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our homepage.

Your rights under local consumer protection laws remain unaffected, including those under EU legislation.
